Health Information Management Reporting

H1N1 Risk Report
To help our practices prepare for the H1N1 influenza pandemic, Practice Fusion has created a report within the free EHR for tabulating high-risk H1N1 patients. The H1N1 Risk Report will instantly show you listings of the patients in your practice who meet the CDC criteria for priority groups, include those who:

  • Are pregnant
  • Are between 6 months and 24 years of age
  • Are between 25 and 64 years of age with COPD, angina, diabetes, chronic renal disease or cancer

H1N1 Risk Reports data is designed to be used by practitioners for ordering vaccine allotments from the CDC and scheduling vaccinations for high-risk patients. Practice Fusion is the first to offer an EHR reporting tool for H1N1 influenza and has already identified over 300,000 high-risk patients in our system

Flexible Reporting
Easily run reports on diagnoses, ICD-9 codes, medications and chart notes complete with links to patients' full charts to quickly reference any additional information you are looking for. Search all patient data or focus your report by selecting a provider and date range.

Your Practice, Your Data
Practice Fusion users always retain full ownership of their practice’s data. Patient data can be used to generate reports or exported any time, at no cost.
