We are truly starting on a shoe string. We are delighted to have the Practice Fusion EMR. - Kathleen Cooney, CPNP - Pregnancy Aid Center, MD

The Practice Fusion Foundation
Practice Fusion is committed to improving our community and delivering sophisticated health IT systems to medical providers most in need. The Practice Fusion Foundation strives to be a leader in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) sector and to take an active role in promoting health.

EHR Assistance for Non-Profits
Practice Fusion partners with free clinics, non-profits and community health organizations to deliver the highest level of technology to patients from all walks of life, no matter their ability to pay. Practice Fusion’s free, web-based EHR enables physicians to follow best practices and evidence-based medicine. For qualified non-profit organizations, Practice Fusion provides an ad-free version of the EHR along with specialized training, customizations, hardware guidance and implementation assistance.

If you are a non-profit interested in our Electronic Health Record, or you are interested in applying for a health IT grant, please contact us.

Volunteering
Practice Fusion’s team volunteers regularly with local non-profit organizations in support of our community. Our team has worked with groups including the San Francisco Food Bank, The American Heart Association and the St. Anthony Foundation. If you are interested in having Practice Fusion volunteer with your organization, contact us.
